Rental period starts when you book. Scale must be returned clean or you will be charged a $50 cleaning fee. In order to avoid the subscription renewal, you must return the scale the day before your contract renews or the system will automatically charge you.

TERMS OF RENTAL: an automatically recurring rental fee will be charged to the card provided and will continue to be charged for the period of rental you select until the rental equipment is recovered. It is the responsibility of the renter to communicate termination of the subscription via email 72-hours PRIOR to the end of the rental agreement and arrange date and time of return.
Client is responsible for returning the scale and bag clean the day before the subscription renews in order to avoid being charged for a new rental period. Once you are charged a new rental period starts and even if you return it before the new expiration there will be no refund or credit.
TERMS OF RENTAL + CLEANING POLICIES
The equipment and all related components including the carrying case must be returned in the same condition in which they were provided and in proper working order. If the equipment and all related components are not returned in good condition and proper working order the full cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the card provided. If the equipment is not optimally clean upon return a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the card provided. AA Batteries not included in rental fee.
