We’ve had the most amazing experience working with Rebeca Four! From our prenatal appointment (highly recommend doing this, first time mamas) to postpartum, I’ve been so impressed with the breadth of Bek’s knowledge. From advice on nursing and supply to tongue ties, Rebeca will set you up for breastfeeding success! She is a straight shooter and will give you all the tools to get where you want to be. She rocks. Thank you!!

WEANING SUPPORT WHETHER WEANING FROM PUMPING OF NURSING

Weaning can often be a hard subject for lactating parents. The World Health Organization recommends exclusive breast or chest feeding for the first six months and then continuing to nurse along with complimentary (solid) foods for at least the first two years of your child's life or beyond.

Whatever your reason for weaning, I am here to help you. I will design an individualized plan to meet your specific needs and goals.

Option One($55) is a comprehensive written plan based on our conversation.

Option Two ($95) is a comprehensive written plan, based on our conversation, and two weeks of email or text answers to your questions along the way to ensure any appropriate changes to the care plan and to make sure you avoid any challenges at the end of lactating experience. Email and text support is available from Monday through Friday 10AM to 6PM.

INSURANCE INFORMATION

President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act (ACA) on March 30, 2010. Under this law, insurance companies, unless you have been notified that your plan was grandfathered in, must cover lactation services as preventive care. I have prepared an entire page with source that you can find here.
